Married goose shoulder but I did the barred wood duck separately. (like the goose shoulders married is an overwing) Hackle folded and palmered and plucked.

The saddle hackles tied in flat are the tricky part. I cement the hackle quills together. I also cement the jungle cock in place along the center of the wing hackles.
