Hook: Mustad 34007 No. 8-1/0
Thread: White flat-waxed monochord
Tail: White neck hackles
Flash: Peal Krystal Flash
Collar: Palmered white neck hackle
Head: Build up with thread
Eyes: 3D Prism Stick-on eyes
Attach thread at hook point, the tie in four white neck hackles (facing). They should be about the length of the hook or a little more. Add 3-4 strands of Krystal Flash. Tie in one white neck hakcle, palmer and lay back. Add eyes, then coat head with Devon 2-Ton Epoxy
