tail: golden pheasant tippets
body: SLF dubbing
rib: gold tinsel
1st hackle: orange
2nd hackle: mallard feather 2-3 turns
tie in the tail, then the rib, then dub the body, then wrap the rib, wind 1st hackle, then 2nd hackle, whip finish
